All health data you enter into this application is stored locally on your device only. The Authors do not collect, transmit, store on remote servers, sell, or share your personal health information with any third party.
Data read from Apple HealthKit remains subject to Apple’s privacy framework and your device’s Health app permissions. You are solely responsible for managing access permissions granted to this app through iOS Settings.
The Authors are not responsible for any unauthorized access to data stored on your device resulting from loss, theft, or compromise of your device.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of this application shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Authors.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
